Welcome to the “Discovery Page” feature (hereinafter the “Feature”) within TokenPocket (hereinafter the “Application”), provided by TP Global Ltd (“we,” the “Service Provider”).
This Agreement applies to your behavior when browsing, searching, or redirecting to third-party DApps or other web services within the Application through this Feature. Please read these terms carefully before using the Feature.
By clicking “Enter Discovery Page” or by using the Feature, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, do not use the Feature.
Unless otherwise stated, the following terms have the meanings below:
1.1 DApp: A decentralized application or web application that provides services through blockchain technology, smart contracts, or similar mechanisms, presented within the Feature as clickable icons or links.
1.2 Third-Party DApp Webpage: The external web service opened when a User clicks a DApp icon/link within the Feature, operated by the DApp provider or another entity.
1.3 Labels such as Recommendation / Hot / Airdrop: Labels assigned by the Service Provider on the Discovery Page for classification, recommendation, promotion, or sorting.
1.4 Security Detection Service: A third-party mechanism or service integrated by the Service Provider to identify whether a target webpage is marked as “dangerous” or “risky” before redirection.
1.5 Browser Search Function: Allows Users to input a listed DApp name or directly input a URL within the Discovery Page to search or redirect to an external DApp webpage.
1.6 Supported Regions: Regions where the Service Provider chooses to display or withhold the Feature or certain DApp entries based on local laws, app store policies, and third-party service agreements.
1.7 Service Fee: Fees that Users may be required to pay when using certain display/entry services provided or controlled by the Service Provider (see Service Fee section below).
1.8 User: Any natural or legal person using the Application and the Discovery Page Feature.
2.1 The Feature displays multiple DApp entry points categorized (e.g., Finance, Games, NFT, Airdrop, Recommendation/Hot, etc.).
2.2 DApps labeled “Recommended,” “Hot,” “Airdrop,” etc., may have been selected or sorted manually or may originate from operational cooperation/promotion.
2.3 When the User clicks a DApp icon/entry, the system will prompt the User that they are about to be redirected to a third-party webpage. Only after User confirmation will the redirection occur (via an in-app browser or external browser).
2.4 Users may also enter a listed DApp name or directly input a URL in the search box to redirect to an external DApp webpage.
2.5 The Service Provider integrates a security detection service:
a. If the target URL is marked “dangerous,” the redirect is blocked.
b. If marked “suspicious,” the system issues a strong warning; the User may choose to continue.
2.6 Within the Discovery Page, Users cannot directly perform DApp operations (e.g., signing, transactions, wallet connections). All operations occur only on the redirected DApp webpage. The Service Provider does not guarantee, nor is responsible for, asset security or compliance of any DApp after redirection.
2.7 The Service Provider conducts an initial review of displayed DApps but does not guarantee accuracy, security, compliance, or continuous availability.
2.8 The decision to display the Feature or any DApp entry in a User’s region is solely determined by the Service Provider based on policies, laws, app store rules, and internal requirements. If local policies prohibit the use of this Feature or certain DApps, Users should voluntarily refrain from using them.
2.9 Clicking to redirect is deemed the User’s independent choice. The Service Provider provides only the entry, recommendation, or aggregation function and is not responsible for content, services, or risks after redirection.
2.10 The Service Provider may collect click, redirect, browsing category/label preferences, search behavior, device/browser data, etc., for internal analysis, optimization, and personalized display. Data usage is governed by the Application’s Privacy Policy.
3.1 Basic display, search, and redirection features are generally free. However, the following fee scenarios may apply:
a. Certain DApps that engage in promotional cooperation may pay fees for display, ranking, or priority exposure.
b. Users may be charged if they use premium features such as pinned entries, fast-entry, priority recommendation, custom entry points, or promotional slots.
3.2 When a service fee applies, the Service Provider will clearly display the fee standard (including rate, currency, deduction method, refundability, deduction timing) and require User confirmation.
3.3 Service fee standards may vary by region, User tier, promotional agreements, DApp type, and display priority. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust fees and will announce updated standards.
3.4 Once paid, service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or in cases such as incorrect charges, functional failures, or unavailable entry points.
3.5 Users understand and agree that service fees apply solely to display/redirection/recommendation services and do not cover DApp service fees, on-chain transaction fees, or third-party service fees. Users are responsible for fees generated by operations within the DApp webpage.
3.6 If a User attempts to use a paid entry or feature without paying, access may be denied or suspended.
3.7 This section does not affect provisions regarding risk warnings, disclaimers, or User responsibilities.
4.1 You acknowledge and agree that browsing, clicking, redirecting to DApp webpages, and performing any operations thereon are entirely your own choices and risks.
4.2 You understand and agree that risks on redirected DApp webpages may include, but are not limited to:
a. Smart contract vulnerabilities, malicious DApps, scam DApps, hacking, asset theft or depletion;
b. DApps requiring wallet connection, transaction signatures, or unlimited token approvals, which may cause asset loss if not reviewed carefully;
c. Insufficient liquidity, network congestion, cross-chain failures, transaction failures, withdrawal delays, slippage losses, contract upgrades/forks, legal or regulatory changes;
d. Legal or regulatory restrictions in your country/region that may prohibit or limit access to certain DApps or digital assets. You are responsible for verifying compliance.
4.3 You confirm: Labels such as “Recommended” or “Hot” do not constitute any guarantee or endorsement. Users must make independent decisions.
4.4 If you ignore security alerts and proceed to “risky” or “dangerous” sites, you assume full responsibility for any resulting loss.
4.5 Users are advised to safeguard wallet private keys and mnemonic phrases, enable device protection, and avoid unsafe networks.
5.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to edit, modify, suspend, or terminate the Feature, listed DApps, label mechanisms, search/redirect functionality, review mechanisms, and security detection, without compensation.
5.2 If a DApp presents security risks, compliance issues, policy changes, or cooperation interruptions, the Service Provider may immediately delist it, suspend its entry, or mark it as a “Risk DApp,” with corresponding user warnings.
5.3 If you do not agree with changes, suspensions, or delistings, you should stop using the Feature; continued use indicates acceptance.
6.1 The Service Provider may collect click, browsing, redirect, search, category/label preference, device information, and browser data for optimization and analysis.
6.2 Data collection and usage follow the Application’s Privacy Policy. The Service Provider may process data in anonymized or aggregated form.
6.3 Upon redirection to a third-party DApp webpage, the DApp operator assumes responsibility for its services. Users must review its service terms and privacy policy. The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party DApp data collection, security, compliance, or asset-related actions.
6.4 Wallet connection, signing, or asset transfers performed on DApp webpages occur solely between the User and the DApp operator. The Service Provider does not participate and assumes no liability.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider (including affiliates, partners, and third-party providers) is not liable for any losses arising from use of the Feature or redirection to third-party DApp webpages, including but not limited to asset loss, transaction failure, network issues, contract vulnerabilities, liquidity risks, data leaks, tax or regulatory liabilities.
7.2 If your violation of this Agreement, local laws, or third-party agreements causes claims, losses, or liability to the Service Provider or third parties, you agree to compensate the Service Provider, including attorney fees and related costs.
7.3 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable in your region, it shall remain effective to the maximum lawful extent.
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
8.2 You agree that the limitation period for disputes arising from this Agreement or the Feature is one (1) year, beginning from the date you knew or should have known your rights were infringed.
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the Feature and supersedes prior written or oral agreements.
9.2 Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect legal interpretation.
9.3 The Service Provider’s failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver.
9.4 Without written consent from the Service Provider, you may not transfer your rights or obligations; the Service Provider may transfer its rights or obligations wholly or partially.
9.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, or assurance of any DApp’s performance, appreciation, or safety.
