These Supplementary Terms constitute a supplemental agreement to the Discovery Page User Agreement and apply to your behavior when browsing, clicking, redirecting, or reading news / flash news content through the News / Flash News Module on the mobile Discovery Page. These Terms apply together with the main agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Supplementary Terms and the main agreement with respect to the News / Flash News Module, these Supplementary Terms shall prevail.
Your use or access of this Module constitutes your acceptance of all contents of these Supplementary Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the News / Flash News features.
In these Supplementary Terms:
1.1 Flash News: Refers to brief, instant message entries displayed in the news module, which typically open in a native App page upon clicking to view the full content or extended details.
1.2 News / Articles: Refers to complete articles, reports, or commentary provided by third-party media or channels, which redirect to the original webpage address for viewing upon clicking.
1.3 News Sources / Channels: Refers to third-party media, news platforms, or content providers that cooperate with us or are integrated through API or authorized channels to supply news / flash news content.
1.4 Filtering / Content Review / Keyword Restrictions: Refers to processes performed prior to content display, including keyword blocking, sensitive word filtering, replacement or blocking of competing wallet names, and removal of illegal or non-compliant content.
1.5 Redirecting / Internal Open Behavior: Refers to the system behavior whereby, after a User clicks a news / flash news entry, the content may be displayed inside the App’s native page (Flash News Module) or redirect to an external webpage (News Module).
1.6 User / You: Refers to an end-user who uses the News / Flash News Module in the mobile Discovery Page.
2.1 The Module displays flash news entries and news entries on the mobile Discovery Page. Flash news entries typically open within a native App page; news entries redirect to their original webpage, which may open in an in-app browser or an external browser.
2.2 The platform obtains content from various news / media channels and performs filtering and review before display to remove sensitive words, competing wallet names, and illegal / infringing / inappropriate content.
2.3 We may determine whether certain news / flash news entries are displayed based on your local country/region policies, legal requirements, and the authorization status of news channels.
2.4 We retain control over the sorting, recommendations, priority, and update time of displayed entries, and may adjust display strategies based on business needs.
3.1 Before content is displayed, we perform keyword filtering and review to remove sensitive, illegal, advertising, or infringing content.
3.2 If we determine that certain content exhibits obvious errors, illegalities, infringement, advertising intent, or other violations, we reserve the right to refuse display, delist, or block such content.
3.3 If you disagree with or wish to report certain content, you may submit your concern through the feedback/reporting channels provided within the Module. We will review within a reasonable time and take appropriate actions (including delisting, deletion, correction, etc.).
3.4 We do not conduct comprehensive factual or legal verification for every news / flash news entry. Content may contain errors, deviations, or controversies, and Users should exercise independent judgment.
4.1 You have the right to browse flash news / news entries displayed in this Module and may click to redirect to the original page for further content.
4.2 For external webpages opened after clicking news / flash news entries, all content, service quality, advertisements, loading performance, security issues, and copyright disputes are the responsibility of the originating media or content provider. We assume no responsibility.
4.3 Content provided by this Module is for reference only and does not constitute investment advice, legal or financial opinions, recommendations, or commitments. Risks arising from decisions made based on such content (including trading or asset operations) are borne solely by you.
4.4 If you misuse the Module, submit malicious reports, spread false or infringing content, defame others, or engage in other violations, you shall bear the associated legal liabilities and compensation obligations.
4.5 If the laws or policies of your jurisdiction restrict the dissemination or viewing of certain news/information, you shall independently evaluate compliance and assume relevant risks. The platform is not responsible for consequences arising from local compliance requirements.
5.1 Copyrights of the news / flash news content displayed in this Module belong to their original sources / media / content providers. The platform acts only as an aggregator/distributor and uses such content pursuant to legally obtained display/summary/redirect rights or cooperation agreements.
5.2 You shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially use Module content without authorization. If you require use, authorization must be obtained from the original author / content provider or the platform.
5.3 If a copyright holder raises an objection or requests removal of content, we are obligated to promptly delist, remove, or replace the content and cooperate with legal procedures.
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of this Module or your clicking of news / flash news entries, including but not limited to misleading information, asset loss, page loading failure, advertising fraud, link risks, copyright disputes, etc.
6.2 We do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, completeness, timeliness, neutrality, or accuracy of any news / flash news content.
6.3 We are not liable for misjudgments, delays, or omissions in our filtering/review mechanisms, nor for inconvenience or disputes caused by delisting content.
6.4 If we determine that certain content is seriously non-compliant or illegal, we have the right to immediately delist or block it, and we shall not bear liability to Users for such removal.
7.1 The platform reserves the right to modify, adjust, or suspend Module functions, display rules, redirect mechanisms, filtering mechanisms, content sources, feedback mechanisms, and all related policies at any time. Revised rules take effect upon announcement or interface notification.
7.2 If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Module; continued use shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
7.3 If the Module or part of its functions is suspended due to business adjustments, policy restrictions, or channel termination, we will provide notice where possible or offer alternative options / redirection mechanisms.
8.1 These Supplementary Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
8.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
8.3 If your violation of these Supplementary Terms or applicable laws results in losses to the platform or third parties, you shall bear compensation liability (including attorney fees, litigation costs, damages, etc.).
8.4 To the extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for losses arising from the use of this Module or from clicking displayed content; if liability must be borne due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, such liability shall be limited to a reasonable scope or the upper limit specified in these Terms.
