Welcome to the “Market Page” module within this application (hereinafter the “Module” or the “Market Module”). Your use or access of this Module signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this Module.

1. Definitions

Unless otherwise stated in the context, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

1.1 Market Module: Refers to the page within the TokenPocket application used to display token/asset rankings, trading data, price trends, candlestick (K-line) charts, social media links (such as X, official websites, blockchain explorers), and related information.

1.2 Token / Asset: Refers to blockchain assets displayed in the Market Module, including but not limited to native tokens, stablecoins, NFT-related tokens, and other blockchain project tokens.

1.3 User / You: Refers to any natural person or legal entity using this Module through the application.

1.4 Ranking List: Refers to the lists of multiple tokens displayed in a specific order (such as by trading volume, market capitalization, or price fluctuations) and categorized (such as Hot, Trending Tokens, Gainers, etc.) within the Market Module.

1.5 K-line Page: Refers to the detailed page accessed when a User clicks on a token in the ranking list, displaying trading data (such as price trends, depth, trading volume), token introductions, social media links, official websites, blockchain history, blockchain explorer links, etc.

1.6 Trading Entry: Refers to any button or link labeled “Trading Entry / Swap Entry” displayed on a token’s K-line or details page, through which a User may be redirected to trading or swap services (e.g., DEX).

1.7 Third-Party Data or Services: Refers to token prices, trading data, social media links, blockchain explorer data, trading pair information, and other data displayed in this Module that originate from third-party services or public blockchain data.

1.8 Listing: Means that a token is included in the ranking list and begins to be displayed in the Market Module.

1.9 Delisting: Means that a token is removed from the ranking list and no longer displayed.

1.10 Promotion / Display Priority: Means that certain tokens or assets may be given prioritized display or specific placement within the Module due to operational strategy, recommendations, manual selection, or other factors.

2. Function Description and Scope of Services

2.1 This Module allows you to browse multiple tokens in the ranking lists on the Market Page and view basic information such as current price, price fluctuations, trading volume, and ranking.

2.2 By clicking a token in the ranking list, you may enter its K-line page to view more detailed data (such as price trends, trading volume, depth data) as well as the token’s social media links, official website, blockchain history, blockchain explorer links, and other information.

2.3 If the K-line page or details page displays a “Trading Entry / Swap Entry” button or link, you may use this entry to jump to trading or swap services (or a DEX) for further actions. Although the process is initiated from the Market Module, actual operations are governed by the applicable trading/swap service agreements.

2.4 Depending on your region, local policies, service provider interface availability, and authorization conditions, certain tokens or ranking content may or may not be displayed to you.

2.5 Some tokens in the Module may receive prioritized display due to operational strategy, display resources, manual review, or algorithmic rules (e.g., “Hot” or “Recommended” labels). However, such prioritized display does not constitute any purchase or investment recommendation, nor any guarantee of future returns.

2.6 This Module is solely for viewing information or directing Users to a trading entry. It does not constitute a trade order or buy/sell operation. If you choose to trade, you must comply with the trading/swap service’s applicable terms.

3. Listing, Ranking, and Delisting Mechanisms

3.1 We determine which tokens are listed based on our internal listing criteria (including but not limited to trading data, compliance, security reviews, project reputation, social activity, etc.).

3.2 Ranking and recommendation mechanisms may be determined jointly by manual review and algorithms. We strive for fairness but cannot guarantee the absence of bias.

3.3 If a token is found to have security risks (such as contract vulnerabilities), abnormal trading behavior, policy violations, or other major issues, or if we reasonably suspect such risks, we reserve the right to delist or suspend display without prior notice.

3.4 If you discover any obvious errors in token information, misleading content, or missing security alerts, you may notify us through the feedback or reporting features provided within the Module, and we will carry out verification and handling.

4. Data Sources, Accuracy, and Risk Warning

4.1 Trading data, prices, price fluctuations, trading volume, social media links, blockchain explorer information, and other information displayed in this Module may originate from third-party service providers, publicly available blockchain data, data provided by project teams, or other public sources. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of such data.

4.2 You understand and agree that:

a. Token information may deviate due to network delays, data synchronization latency, interface failures, blockchain congestion, slow third-party responses, or data errors.

b. Information displayed in this Module does not constitute investment advice or buy/sell recommendations, nor does it guarantee future token performance.

4.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses you suffer due to reliance on information from this Module (including trading or investment decisions).

4.4 If you initiate any trading, authorization, or other operation based on information in this Module, such activities may be subject to the terms of other functional modules (such as the trading module), and the associated risks shall be borne solely by you.

5. Regarding Trading Entry and Trading/Swap Service Restrictions

When you click the “Trading Entry / Swap Entry” button on a K-line page or details page, you acknowledge and agree that:

5.1 Your trading or swap operations will be executed in accordance with the user agreements, fee rules, and terms of the service you are invoking (such as DEX functions, cross-chain services, etc.).

5.2 Although the trading entry is initiated by the Market Module, the actual trading activity is fully governed by the trading module’s agreement.

5.3 Before you click the trading entry, we will use reasonable efforts to alert you to potential risks associated with the transaction (such as slippage, fees, liquidity risks, cross-chain failure risks, contract risks, etc.). However, you also agree that we do not guarantee that any transaction will succeed or be profitable.

5.4 You bear full responsibility for any failures, fee changes, excessive slippage, route changes, network congestion, asset losses, authorization risks, contract vulnerabilities, or third-party protocol risks arising during trading or swap processes. This Module merely provides a navigational entry and is not responsible for the outcome of trading services.

5.5 If the trading entry redirects to a third-party DEX/service provider or invokes a third-party contract, you further understand that such third-party services are not under our direct control. We only provide the access pathway and do not guarantee their functionality, security, legality, or compliance.

6. Service Fees, Display Rights, and Limitation of Liability

6.1 This Module currently functions solely as an information display and trading entry guidance service and generally does not charge Users separately (unless otherwise announced). If fee-based features, promotional services, prioritized display, or data subscription services are introduced in the future, we will issue notice in advance.

6.2 Although we may provide prioritized display, recommendation labels, or promotional resources for certain tokens, such display does not constitute any guarantee regarding token quality, compliance, or investment value.

6.3 We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the stability, completeness, or accuracy of this Module.

6.4 We are not liable for any user losses caused by interface interruptions, ranking delays, data errors, abnormal sorting, improper recommendations, token delisting, third-party service failures, or policy changes.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 You shall use this Module lawfully and comply with applicable regulations. It is prohibited to use this Module for illegal purposes, market manipulation, volume manipulation, identity fraud, infringement, defamation, fraud, or other misconduct.

7.2 You acknowledge that this Module only provides public display information and trading entry pathways. You shall not use it to build competing services, replicate ranking logic, extract data without authorization, or engage in other activities that harm the platform or User interests.

7.3 If you discover inaccurate token information, abnormal rankings, data delays, or missing security warnings, you should promptly report the issue to us.

7.4 If the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction prohibit or restrict access to certain tokens or token information, you bear the compliance risks and must ensure adherence to local regulations. Any risks arising from compliance issues shall be borne solely by you; the platform shall not be responsible.

8. Amendments / Service Changes / Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to modify, supplement, or update these Terms, ranking rules, display mechanisms, data interfaces, sorting algorithms, display labels, fee structures, and other aspects at any time. Changes will be announced within the application or prompted on the interface and will take effect on the announcement date or a specified effective date.

8.2 If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using this Module; continued use shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.3 We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate this Module or any part of its functions due to technical issues, policy adjustments, termination of service provider interfaces, compliance reasons, or operational decisions. After service termination or removal, we are not liable for Users’ inability to access or use certain features.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.

9.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.3 If your violation of these Terms or applicable laws results in losses to us or third parties, you shall be liable for compensation, including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation/arbitration fees, and damages.

9.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for losses arising from the use of this Module or the performance of these Terms. If we are found to have committed intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability shall be limited to a reasonable scope or the upper limit specified in these Terms.
